- 1 part Hexapi Honey Bärenfänger
- 1 part Honey & Egg Liqueur
- 1 part pear vodka
- ¾ part triple sec
- ½ part fresh lemon juice
- ½ part simple syrup
- 10 small mint leaves
Press fresh lemon juice into shaker filled with ice. Add remaining ingredients to shaker. Shake vigorously for at least 45 seconds. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and a lemon twist.
