Honeydew Melon Fruit Honey Sorbet
Honeydew Melon Fruit Honey Sorbet with Organic Honeydew

Ingredients

  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 1/4 cup Organic Honeydew
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup coconut water

Peel and cut the melon into 2 inch pieces. Place onto a cookie sheet and freeze for at least 5 hours. Place the frozen melon chunks into a food processor or blender and add the honey, lemon juice, and coconut water. Blend until smooth. Pour the blended melon into a loaf pan and freeze for another 5 hours.
