Our Buckwheat honey tastes a little like molasses. It has a subdued sweetness and a strong flavour that is characterised by musty and malty notes and a woodsy and grassy aroma.
Its taste and thick texture make it an ideal and healthy substitute for maple syrup, perfect for drizzling over pancakes and French toast. It’s wonderful in marinades and barbecue sauces and provides a tangy counterpoint when topping sweet desserts.
