London Tea bar with Bärenfänger
Ingredients:
- ¾ parts Hexapi Honey Bärenfänger
- 1½ parts Beefeater London Dry Gin
- 2 parts iced tea
- 4 peach slices
- 1 lemon slice
- 4 mint leaves
Mix Bärenfänger and mint, peaches and lemon in a shaker. Add the gin, tea and ice and shake well. Pour into an ice filled glass and garnish with a peach slice.
