Pecan Honey Cookies

• 4 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup sugar
• 8 tablespoon Organic Honey & Cinnamon
• 4 eggs
• Pecan halves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line baking sheets with parchment. In a large bowl combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon. In another large bowl beat together the sugar, honey and eggs. Add the flour mixture and combine. Roll dough into 1 1/2" balls and place on prepared pans. Press a pecan half onto each ball and bake until golden 6-10 minutes. Let cool completely on wire racks.
